- Returns and cancellation
- You can request a return within 15 days of receiving your parcel.
- Message us with your order number and wait for us to confirm before sending anything back. Where the fault is ours, you do not pay to return the item.
- Some items cannot be returned once opened, for hygiene reasons. We say so on the product before you buy.
- You can cancel free of charge any time before the parcel is dispatched.

What if I receive a damaged product?
Open the parcel and check it in front of the courier before you pay. If it is damaged, wrong or incomplete, refuse it at the door and you pay nothing at all.
If you have already paid, send us your order number with photos of the item and its packaging, and we will arrange a replacement or a refund. Where the fault is ours, you do not pay to return it.

Yes. We deliver across Pakistan by courier, and most towns and cities are covered as standard. A small number of locations are served to a local office rather than to your door, so message us with your city before ordering and we will tell you what is possible.
