Privacy Policy
What ZARAK collects when you order, why, and who it is shared with. We hold no card or banking details, and run no advertising or analytics trackers.
What we collect
When you place an order
To deliver a parcel we need to know where it is going and who to contact:
- Your name
- Your delivery address
- Your mobile number
- Your email address, where you provide one
- What you ordered, the quantity and the order total
This is the minimum a courier needs to reach you and the minimum we need to confirm the order.
Card and banking details
We do not collect them. Cash on Delivery orders are paid in cash to the courier, so no card number, CVV or banking password is ever entered on this site or held by us. If you arrange to pay in advance, you send the payment through your own bank or wallet app, and we only see that it arrived. Nobody from ZARAK will ask you for a card PIN, a banking password or a one-time passcode.
When you create an account
An account is optional. If you create one, we store the email address and password you set (the password is stored in an encrypted form we cannot read), along with your saved address and your order history.
When you contact us
If you write to us by email or WhatsApp, we keep that conversation so we can follow up on your query. WhatsApp messages sit inside WhatsApp, which is operated by Meta under its own terms and privacy policy.
Automatically, when you browse
Our hosting provider records standard server logs, which include IP addresses, browser type and the pages requested. These exist for security and for diagnosing faults.
Cookies
The site sets a small number of cookies, and all of them do a job:

We do not currently run advertising pixels, remarketing tags or third-party analytics on this site. If we add any of those later, this page will say so before or when it happens.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking the cart cookie will stop checkout from working, because the site will no longer remember what you added.

- To confirm, pack and deliver your order
- To contact you about that order, by call, WhatsApp or email
- To handle returns, replacements and refunds
- To answer questions you send us
- To keep the site secure and working
- To keep records of sales, as any business must
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not rent or trade contact lists.
Who your information is shared with

That is the full list. If a new service is added that handles customer data, this table gets a new row.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as we need them for business and accounting purposes, and to handle any later query about a purchase. Account details are kept until you ask us to delete the account. Support conversations are kept while they are useful for follow-up.
Your choices
You can ask us to:
- Tell you what information we hold about you
- Correct anything that is wrong, such as a misspelled address
- Delete your account
- Stop contacting you other than about an order you have placed
Email support@zarak.pk and tell us which of these you want. We may need to confirm your identity first, so that nobody else can make a request about your data. Some records may be kept where we are required to keep them, for example a completed sale.
Security
The site runs over an encrypted HTTPS connection, account passwords are stored in encrypted form, and access to order data is limited to people who need it to run the store. No website can promise that data is impossible to compromise, and we will not claim otherwise. What we can say is that we do not hold card or banking credentials at all, so there is nothing of that kind here to lose.
Children
This store is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will remove it.
Links to other sites
Some links take you off zarak.pk, for example to WhatsApp or a courier’s tracking page. Those services have their own privacy policies, and this one does not cover them.
Changes to this policy
If what we collect or how we use it changes, we will update this page. The date below shows when it was last revised.
