Delivery

• We deliver across Pakistan by courier.
• We confirm your order and address before dispatch, and tell you the expected timeframe for your address then. It depends on your city and the courier route, so one number for the whole country would be wrong.
• Any delivery charge is shown before you confirm the order, beside the product total. Nothing is added afterwards.
• Tracking is available once the parcel is dispatched, or send us the order number on WhatsApp and we will look it up.

Returns

• Open the parcel and check the item in front of the courier before you pay.
• If it is the wrong item, broken, or something is missing, refuse it at the door. On Cash on Delivery you will not have paid, so there is nothing to refund.
• Cancel free of charge any time before the parcel is dispatched.
• To return something, message us with your order number and wait for us to confirm before sending anything back.
• Where the fault is ours, you do not pay to return the item.
• Some items cannot be returned once opened, for hygiene reasons. We say so on the product before you buy.

How Long Does Delivery Take?

We dispatch the next day, and most orders arrive within three to five days after that. The exact timeframe depends on your city and the courier route, so we confirm it for your address when we confirm your order.

What If I Receive A Damaged Product?

Open the parcel and check it in front of the courier before you pay. If it is damaged, wrong or incomplete, refuse it at the door and you pay nothing at all.

If you have already paid, send us your order number with photos of the item and its packaging, and we will arrange a replacement or a refund. Where the fault is ours, you do not pay to return it.

Do You Deliver All Over Pakistan?

Yes. We deliver across Pakistan by courier, and most towns and cities are covered as standard. A small number of locations are served to a local office rather than to your door, so message us with your city before ordering and we will tell you what is possible.
